Description

Improvement of overall physical conditioning through swimming. Introduction to the fundamental principles of physical conditioning and their application to swimming. Under the instructor's direction and utilizing both traditional and novel aquatic activities, individualized programs of conditioning will be set up to meet the student's personal needs. Restricted to intermediate and advanced swimmers.
