The Office of Student Success, located on the 4th floor of the Library Building, supports undergraduate students by promoting academic success, retention, and progress toward a timely graduation. We are dedicated to helping our diverse student population overcome academic and social challenges needed to be successful. Through the First-Year Experience, the Office of Student Success will connect faculty, students, and mentors to Integrate academic, professional & personal goals that will allow students to successfully navigate “College Life”. We are committed to supporting inclusivity, belonging and access for all learners providing equitable outcomes with a holistic undergraduate experience.
Our Student Success Center services include:
Support for all Freshmen through the “First Year Experience”: Incoming freshmen will register for a First Year Seminar course that will help guide their path through the first year of college at QCC.
A dedicated space in L-409 for students to meet with Peer Mentors: Peer mentors will support a designated cohort of students to help them navigate the challenges and transition to the College
Personalized “Student Success” sessions with our Support Specialists: Our Student Support Specialists will meet with students to provide a customized plan for academic success to support retention and timely graduation
