PE 415 - Beginning Volleyball

Overview

Description

This course offers students the opportunity of learing how to play the game of volleyball. Included in the instruction are the individual skills necessary to play the game: passing, setting, serving and spiking. In addition, simple team offensive and defensive strategies will be presented and practiced. At the end of the course, the students will be tested on their knowledge of the rules of the game.
